REFUND POLICY

Allindiaplacement.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and have therefore we have a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the customer does not receives the services/product he/she has subscribed for as mentioned in the website.The nature of service/s provided by us is only as mentioned in the website only. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the delivery process. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the super express delivery category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the indiaplacement.com.in marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali and Public Holidays. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. Cancellations will only be considered strictly on merit basis if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. Post 48 hours of placing an order,no cancellation request will be entertained. The management reserves the right to determine the amount of Refund. A minimum of 25% will be deducted for cancellation and refund. In case the refund is processed, normally 21 working days are required for the process as Net banking as well as Online Process Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the delivery process. No claim whatsoever will be entertained after 60 days of placing an order. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. There shall absolutely be no refund for the services delivered. All the services will be delivered via email ID registered with us at the time of placing an order.
